Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
  • 23 tablespoons olive oil or butter
  • 34 garlic cloves (minced)
  • to 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ to ¾ cup buffalo wing sauce (adjust to taste)
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
  • Optional: chopped green onions or parsley for garnish
  • Optional: blue cheese crumbles for serving

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook tortellini according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and heat to a gentle simmer. Stir in grated Parmesan until the sauce is smooth.
  4. Mix in buffalo wing sauce and adjust amount to preferred spice level.
