Ingredients

  • ¾ cup unsalted butter
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 16 ounces Ghirardelli dark chocolate melting wafers
  • Sprinkles for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the unsalted butter, pure vanilla extract, and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gently mix in the milk and continue to beat for an additional 2-3 minutes until fluffy.
  3. Scoop 1 tablespoon of the mixture onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and freeze for about 30 minutes.
  4. Shape each ball into a smooth, round truffle.
  5. Melt the chocolate melting wafers according to package instructions.
  6. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate and sprinkle with your choice of sprinkles before the chocolate sets.
