- 16 ounces Ghirardelli dark chocolate melting wafers
- Sprinkles for garnish
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the unsalted butter, pure vanilla extract, and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy.
- Gently mix in the milk and continue to beat for an additional 2-3 minutes until fluffy.
- Scoop 1 tablespoon of the mixture onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and freeze for about 30 minutes.
- Shape each ball into a smooth, round truffle.
- Melt the chocolate melting wafers according to package instructions.
- Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate and sprinkle with your choice of sprinkles before the chocolate sets.
