- 2 tablespoons Calabrian chili paste
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the Calabrian chili paste, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring it is evenly coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours for more flavor).
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 400°F).
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and allow any excess marinade to drip off. Place the chicken on the grill and cook for 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
