- 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
- 100g dark chocolate, chopped
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
- Cut the pastry into squares and place a piece of chocolate in the center of each square.
- Fold the corners of the pastry over the chocolate and seal the edges.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
Serve warm for the best texture. Can also be filled with fruit or other chocolates.
