Description

Deliciously flakey chocolate puff pastry, perfect for dessert lovers.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
  • 100g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
  3. Cut the pastry into squares and place a piece of chocolate in the center of each square.
  4. Fold the corners of the pastry over the chocolate and seal the edges.
  5. Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Notes

Serve warm for the best texture. Can also be filled with fruit or other chocolates.
