Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a jelly roll pan.
- Whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt together.
- In a separate bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until thick and ribbon-like.
- Fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients gently.
- Pour into prepared pan and bake for 11 minutes.
- While hot, roll the sponge in a sugared towel and let cool.

- Unroll the cooled cake, spread with filling, and re-roll tightly.
