Instructions

- Add the whole egg and egg yolk along with vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.

- Chill dough in the refrigerator for 60 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough, roll in powdered sugar, and place on the baking sheet with spacing in between.
- Bake for 14 minutes; they should be puffed and slightly wet on top.
