Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack or cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced pepperoni
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 3/4 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Prepare your mold and ingredients: Line a Bundt pan with plastic wrap (10 minutes).
  2. Build the cheese foundation: Combine cream cheese, shredded cheese, pepperoni, Italian seasoning, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl and mix (10 minutes).
  3. Shape and chill: Scoop the mixture into the prepared pan and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  4. Prepare the garnish crumb: Pulse almonds and sun-dried tomatoes in a food processor, mix with parsley (10 minutes).
  5. Coat the wreath: Remove the cheese ball from the mold, coat it in the crumb mixture (5–10 minutes).
  6. Rest & serve: Let it sit at room temperature for 15-20 minutes before serving (15–20 minutes).
