- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack or cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced pepperoni
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 cup chopped almonds
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Prepare your mold and ingredients: Line a Bundt pan with plastic wrap (10 minutes).
- Build the cheese foundation: Combine cream cheese, shredded cheese, pepperoni, Italian seasoning, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl and mix (10 minutes).
- Shape and chill: Scoop the mixture into the prepared pan and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Prepare the garnish crumb: Pulse almonds and sun-dried tomatoes in a food processor, mix with parsley (10 minutes).
- Coat the wreath: Remove the cheese ball from the mold, coat it in the crumb mixture (5–10 minutes).
- Rest & serve: Let it sit at room temperature for 15-20 minutes before serving (15–20 minutes).
