  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder on both sides.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well blended.
