- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

- Add diced onions and bell peppers; cook until softened.

- Cook tortellini as per package instructions; drain while reserving some pasta water.
- Add cooked tortellini to the skillet along with shredded cheddar cheese. Stir gently until melted.
- Adjust sauce consistency with reserved pasta water if needed. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
