- 6 slices thick-cut bacon
- 1 cup fresh corn kernels (or frozen)
- 8 oz penne or fusilli pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil salted water and cook pasta until al dente (8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook diced bacon until crispy (5-7 minutes).
- Incorporate bite-sized chicken pieces into the skillet, cooking until golden brown (6-8 minutes). Add minced garlic for the last minute.
- Stir in corn kernels and heavy cream; simmer for 3-4 minutes until bubbling.
- Add grated Parmesan, stirring until melted. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat in the creamy sauce. Serve hot.
