A comforting and cheesy baked ziti dish perfect for family dinners.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ziti pasta
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the ziti pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the marinara sauce, ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cooked ziti to the cheesy marinade and mix well.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish. Top with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Can be made a day ahead and baked just before serving.
