- 12 large mushrooms, cleaned and stems removed
- 1 cup fresh crab meat, preferably lump crab
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
- In a bowl, combine crab meat, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each mushroom cap with the crab mixture.
- Place stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
