Ingredients

  • 12 large mushrooms, cleaned and stems removed
  • 1 cup fresh crab meat, preferably lump crab
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
  3. In a bowl, combine crab meat, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each mushroom cap with the crab mixture.
  5. Place stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
