Instructions
- Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and pat dry.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs until frothy. In another bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken piece into the egg mixture, allowing excess to drip off; then roll in the breadcrumb mixture until fully coated.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Arrange chicken pieces in a single layer in the basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and cooked through.
