Description

Balsamic Maple Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Bacon is a game-changing side dish that combines crispy Brussels sprouts with smoky bacon, drizzled in a sweet and tangy balsamic glaze.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 4 slices thick-cut bacon, diced
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook diced bacon until crispy (5-7 minutes). Remove with a slotted spoon, leaving drippings.
  3. In a bowl, combine halved Brussels sprouts, cooked bacon, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, salt, and pepper. Toss well.
  4. Spread mixture on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Roast for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and tender; flip halfway through.
