Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook diced bacon until crispy (5-7 minutes). Remove with a slotted spoon, leaving drippings.
- In a bowl, combine halved Brussels sprouts, cooked bacon, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, salt, and pepper. Toss well.
- Spread mixture on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Roast for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and tender; flip halfway through.
