Description

Crockpot BBQ Peach Meatballs are sweet and savory comfort food. Tender meatballs simmer in barbecue sauce and peach preserves.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 bag (32 oz) frozen fully-cooked meatballs (beef or turkey)
  • 1 jar (18 oz) barbecue sauce (any brand – smoky or spicy)
  • 1 jar (16 oz) peach preserves or peach jam
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine barbecue sauce, peach preserves, garlic powder, and ground ginger. Stir until smooth.
  2. Place frozen meatballs directly into the crockpot—no need to thaw.
  3. Pour the sauce mixture over the meatballs, stirring to coat evenly.
  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or on HIGH for 2–3 hours, stirring once halfway through.
  5. Once heated through and the sauce is bubbly, serve warm as an appetizer, over rice, or in sandwiches.
