- 3 oz strawberry gelatin
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, combine crushed pretzels, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 10 minutes until golden brown. Cool completely.
- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping gently.
- Add sliced strawberries and dry strawberry gelatin to the cream mixture; stir carefully.
- Spread the mixture over the cooled pretzel crust and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
- Cut into squares or scoop portions with a spatula to serve chilled.
