Description

A vibrant, nonalcoholic punch with a blend of citrus and pineapple flavors, topped with pastel marshmallows, perfect for Easter celebrations.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 500 ml (2 cups) orange juice
  • 240 ml (1 cup) pineapple juice
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) fresh lemon juice
  • 120 ml (1/2 cup) granulated sugar
  • 120 ml (1/2 cup) water
  • 960 ml (32 fl oz) lemon-lime soda
  • 200 g (1 1/2 cups) pineapple chunks (optional)
  • 100 g (about 2 cups) mini pastel marshmallows
  • Fresh mint and sliced citrus for garnish

Instructions

  1. Chill the orange juice, pineapple juice, and soda in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
  2. Combine 120 ml (1/2 cup) granulated sugar and 120 ml (1/2 cup) water in a small saucepan over medium heat until the sugar dissolves. Cool and refrigerate.
  3. In a punch bowl, pour the chilled orange juice, pineapple juice, and lemon juice. Add the simple syrup and stir gently.
  4. Stir in the pineapple chunks and thinly sliced citrus. Chill for an additional 5–10 minutes if desired.
  5. Just before serving, pour in the lemon-lime soda slowly and stir gently. Top with mini marshmallows and garnish with mint.

Notes

For best results, add soda right before serving to maintain carbonation. The juice base can be prepared a day in advance.
