Description

Easy garlic bread Ritz bits that are cheesy and buttery.


Ingredients

  • 2 boxes cheese Ritz Bits (8.8 oz each)
  • ¾ cup butter (melted)
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ⅔ cup grated Parmesan
  • finely chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line two 9×13 rimmed baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. If some Ritz Bits have separated, gently press them back into sandwiches. Pour crackers into a large mixing bowl.
  3. Whisk together the melted butter and seasonings. Pour over the crackers and toss to coat.
  4. Sprinkle the parmesan over the top and toss to coat again.
  5. Divide the buttered crackers evenly between the prepared baking sheets and spread in a single layer.
  6. Bake 7-9 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
  8. Allow to cool completely before eating.
