Easy Garlic and Herb Baked Brie is a warm, gooey appetizer perfect for gatherings.

- 1 (1.1 lb) wheel of brie cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, minced
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Fresh cracked black pepper, to taste
- Crackers or bread for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Use a sharp knife to gently score the top of the brie in a crisscross pattern.
- In a small bowl, combine minced garlic, thyme, salt, and olive oil.
- Place the brie in an oven-safe dish. Spoon the garlic mixture over the top and finish with cracked black pepper.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until melted and bubbly. Watch closely to avoid burning the garlic.
- Let rest 2–3 minutes before serving with crackers or toasted bread.
