Description

Ingredients

  • 1 (1.1 lb) wheel of brie cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, minced
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh cracked black pepper, to taste
  • Crackers or bread for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Use a sharp knife to gently score the top of the brie in a crisscross pattern.
  3. In a small bowl, combine minced garlic, thyme, salt, and olive oil.
  4. Place the brie in an oven-safe dish. Spoon the garlic mixture over the top and finish with cracked black pepper.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until melted and bubbly. Watch closely to avoid burning the garlic.
  6. Let rest 2–3 minutes before serving with crackers or toasted bread.
