Description
This Gingerbread White Russian Mocktail is a creamy, cozy, alcohol-free holiday drink made with warm spices, gingerbread syrup, chilled coffee, and milk.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp ground cloves
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4–6 tbsp gingerbread syrup
- 1/2 cup chilled decaf coffee or caffeine-free substitute
- 1 cup milk or cream (dairy or non-dairy)
- Ice cubes
- Whipped cream
- Cinnamon stick
- Ground cinnamon or nutmeg
- Mini gingerbread cookies
- Caramel drizzle
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, molasses, water, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves. Cook over medium heat until dissolved and slightly thickened. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla, and cool completely.
- Fill each serving glass halfway with ice.
- Pour chilled decaf coffee or a caffeine-free coffee substitute over the ice.
- Stir 2–3 tablespoons of syrup into the coffee. Adjust sweetness to taste.
- Slowly pour milk or cream over the back of a spoon to create a smooth, creamy top layer.
- Add whipped cream, cinnamon, mini gingerbread cookies, or caramel drizzle. Serve immediately.
