Irresistible Grasshopper Mint Chocolate Bark – Easy, Refreshing & No-Bake


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups (510 g) semi-sweet or dark chocolate, chopped or chips
  • 2 cups (360 g) white chocolate, chopped or chips
  • ½ teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 4 tablespoons (55 g) butter, softened
  • 3 tablespoons (45 ml) heavy cream or milk
  • 12 drops green food coloring (optional)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Use milk chocolate for a sweeter flavor
  • Add crushed cookies, peppermints, or mini marshmallows
  • Swap white chocolate with candy melts
  • Add mini chocolate chips on top
  • Use plant-based chocolate and dairy-free butter for a vegan version

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment. Melt the dark chocolate and spread into a thin rectangle about ¼-inch thick. Chill for 10 minutes.
  2. Melt white chocolate. Stir in softened butter, heavy cream, peppermint extract, salt, and optional green coloring until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour the mint mixture over the chilled chocolate base and spread evenly. Optionally drizzle melted chocolate on top and swirl.
  4. Refrigerate 45–60 minutes until completely firm. Remove, lift from tray, and break into shards.
