Irresistible Grasshopper Mint Chocolate Bark – Easy, Refreshing & No-Bake
Ingredients

- 3 cups (510 g) semi-sweet or dark chocolate, chopped or chips
- 2 cups (360 g) white chocolate, chopped or chips
- ½ teaspoon peppermint extract
- 4 tablespoons (55 g) butter, softened
- 3 tablespoons (45 ml) heavy cream or milk
- 1–2 drops green food coloring (optional)
- Pinch of salt
- Use milk chocolate for a sweeter flavor
- Add crushed cookies, peppermints, or mini marshmallows
- Swap white chocolate with candy melts
- Add mini chocolate chips on top
- Use plant-based chocolate and dairy-free butter for a vegan version
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment. Melt the dark chocolate and spread into a thin rectangle about ¼-inch thick. Chill for 10 minutes.
- Melt white chocolate. Stir in softened butter, heavy cream, peppermint extract, salt, and optional green coloring until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the mint mixture over the chilled chocolate base and spread evenly. Optionally drizzle melted chocolate on top and swirl.
- Refrigerate 45–60 minutes until completely firm. Remove, lift from tray, and break into shards.
