Ingredients

  • 4 Italian sausages (spicy or sweet)
  • 1 medium zucchini (sliced)
  • 1 bell pepper (any color, chopped)
  • 1 red onion (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp dill weed (fresh or dried)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  2. Chop zucchini, bell pepper, and red onion into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Add chopped veggies and toss until well-coated.
  4. Grill sausages for 10-12 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  5. After 5 minutes, add marinated vegetables to one side of the grill. Cook for about 8-10 minutes until tender but still crisp.
  6. While grilling, combine sour cream, dill weed, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl until smooth.
  7. Serve grilled sausages and veggies on a platter with creamy dill dip on the side.
