Instructions
- In a small saucepan, warm milk over medium heat until hot but not boiling.
- In a bowl, whisk together hojicha and cocoa powder with a spoonful of warm milk to form a smooth paste.
- Add the paste to the saucepan. Stir until fully blended and smooth. Add sweetener, vanilla, and a pinch of salt.
- Whisk until frothy, then pour into your mug. Top with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, or cinnamon if desired.
