Description

Honey Buffalo Crockpot Meatballs are the ultimate sweet and spicy slow cooker appetizer.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds frozen fully-cooked meatballs (beef, chicken, or turkey)
  • 1 cup buffalo wing sauce (mild or medium)
  • ½ cup honey
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional garnishes: chopped green onions, sesame seeds, crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together buffalo wing sauce, honey, ketchup, brown sugar, soy sauce, and garlic powder until smooth.
  2. Place frozen meatballs in the slow cooker and pour sauce over them. Stir gently to coat.
  3. Cover and cook on LOW for 3–4 hours or on HIGH for 2–2½ hours, stirring once halfway through.
  4. Stir well before serving. Keep on the “warm” setting during parties.
  5. Sprinkle with green onions, sesame seeds, or crushed red pepper flakes for extra flavor.
