Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and lemon juice until smooth.
  3. Place salmon fillets skin-side down on the baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil over them and season with salt and pepper.
