Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
  2. Add 1 pound of diced chicken breast to the hot oil. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through.
