Instructions
- Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) to prepare for baking.
- Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken breasts and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Drizzle the hot honey over the seared chicken, ensuring each piece is well-coated.
- Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese generously over the chicken.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
- Slice the chicken and drizzle with any remaining hot honey from the skillet.
