Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Crush 24 Oreos into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat softened cream cheese until smooth; gradually add sugar and beat until fluffy.
- Incorporate vanilla extract, then fold in whipped heavy cream until well combined.
- Gently mix in chopped Oreos.
- Pour filling over the crust and bake for 45 minutes or until edges are set but center is slightly jiggly.
