Instructions

- Form the dough into a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap, and chill for at least 30 minutes.

- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, lime zest, juice, and eggs; mix until combined.
- Gently fold in fresh blackberries.
- Roll out chilled dough to about 1/8-inch thick. Cut squares or circles and fill with blackberry cheesecake mixture.
- Bake on lined baking sheets for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
