- 2 celery sticks, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheese (blue cheese or cheddar)
- ¼ cup green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Place seasoned chicken breasts in a baking dish coated with nonstick spray and bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before shredding with two forks.
- Toss the shredded chicken with Buffalo sauce until well-coated.
