- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook diced chicken until golden brown for about 7-10 minutes.
- Add chopped mushrooms and spinach; sauté until mushrooms are tender and spinach wilts, about 5 minutes.
