- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup eggnog
- 1 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, sour cream, eggs, eggnog, nutmeg, and cinnamon; blend until well combined.
- Pour the filling over the crust and bake for 50-60 minutes, until edges are set but center slightly jiggles.
- Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside for an hour with the door ajar.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least four hours or overnight before serving.
