  • ½ cup powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine warm milk and sugar until dissolved. Sprinkle yeast over the mixture and let sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. Whisk in eggs and melted butter until well combined.
  3. Gradually mix in flour with a wooden spoon until a shaggy dough forms.
  4. Knead on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  5. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm area until doubled (about 1 hour).
  6. Roll out the dough into a rectangle on parchment paper, spread jam evenly, then roll tightly from one side.
  7. Pinch seams to seal and twist gently into a spiral shape; place in a greased loaf pan.
