- 4 cups green cabbage, chopped
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil (extra virgin)
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Chop the onion and garlic; peel and slice the carrots.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onions and garlic; sauté until fragrant, about 5 minutes.
- Crumble in ground beef; cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Stir in cabbage and carrots; cook for another 5 minutes until vegetables start to wilt.
- Add soy sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper; mix well.
- Let the mixture simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes to combine flavors.
