  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Begin by patting the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, onion powder, and cayenne pepper. Rub this seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.
  3. In a large skillet, melt 1/4 cup of butter over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the seasoned chicken breasts to the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.
