Ingredients

- 4 cups sparkling fruit punch
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tbsp grated lemon zest
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Combine fruit punch, sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, and salt in a saucepan.
- Heat over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves completely.
- Remove from heat and let the mixture cool to room temperature.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer instructions.
- Transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.
