- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, whisk together the orange marmalade, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, olive oil, minced garlic, ground ginger, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate the Chicken: Place the chicken breasts in a resealable bag or shallow dish. Pour half of the marinade over the chicken, ensuring it’s well coated. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Place Chicken in Baking Dish: Transfer the marinated chicken breasts to a greased baking dish. Reserve the other half of the marinade for later.
