These Easy Peanut Butter Cookies are soft peanut butter cookies filled with rich peanut butter cups. A quick irresistible holiday cookie everyone will love.

- 17.5 oz Peanut Butter Cookie Mix
- 1 large egg
- 3 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 1 Tablespoon water
- 24 Mini Reese cups
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray mini muffin pans with cooking spray.
- Mix the cookie mix with the egg, oil, and water. Mix until combined.
- Scoop out about 1 Tablespoon of dough and shape them into balls.
- Place cookie dough balls into the prepared mini muffin pan.
- Bake 10-12 minutes.
- While the cookies are baking, unwrap 24 mini Reese’s Cups.
- Remove the pan from the oven and press a mini Reese’s cup in the center of each cookie while the cookie is hot.
- Allow to cool in the pan. Once cooled, remove from the pan.
