- 1 (12 oz) bag white chocolate chips
- ¼ cup creamy peanut butter
- ½ cup peanuts
- ¾ cup crushed pretzels
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat for easy cleanup.
- Microwave white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring between each until smooth (about 1½–2 minutes total).
- Add peanut butter and gently swirl it through the melted chocolate using a knife or skewer. Don’t overmix — aim for visible ribbons.
- Pour the mixture onto the prepared sheet and spread evenly. Sprinkle crushed pretzels and peanuts on top, pressing lightly so they stick.
- Refrigerate for about 30 minutes or until firm.
- Once set, break or cut the bark into chunks. Serve immediately or store for later.
