Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a donut pan with non-stick spray.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, buttermilk, vegetable oil, and eggs until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
  5. Use a piping bag to fill each donut cavity about 3/4 full with batter.
  6. Place the donut pan in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
