Instructions
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it up with a spoon until browned.
- Season the beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder, then drain any excess fat.
- Lay out 4 tortillas and sprinkle each with a layer of shredded cheese.
- Distribute the cooked beef evenly over the cheese on each tortilla.
- Add any optional toppings like diced onions or pickles over the beef.
- Top each with more shredded cheese and place another tortilla on top to form a quesadilla.
- Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly butter or oil the surface.
