- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker shake)
Instructions
- If using fresh raspberries, wash and drain them. If using frozen, there’s no need to thaw.
- In a blender, add the raspberries, almond milk, protein powder, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup (if using), and vanilla extract.
- Blend the mixture on high speed until smooth and creamy. If you prefer a thicker shake, add ice cubes and blend again.
- Taste the shake and adjust sweetness if necessary, adding more honey or syrup if desired.
- Pour the shake into a glass and enjoy immediately for the best flavor and texture.
