Instructions
- In a saucepan, soak fresh mint leaves in milk over low heat until fragrant.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together heavy cream, sugar, and peppermint extract until smooth.
- Chill the mixture for at least two hours in the refrigerator.
- Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer instructions until thickened.
- Gently fold in chocolate chips after churning.
