Description

Indulge in Salted Double Chocolate Peanut Butter Stuffed Cookie Cups, a perfect blend of chocolate and peanut butter in every bite.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 large Large egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup Creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin or use silicone muffin cups.
  2. Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl until fully combined.
  3. Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
  5. Combine the dry mixture with the wet ingredients gradually, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips gently into the cookie dough.
  7. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of cookie dough into each muffin cup, pressing down slightly.
  8. Place about 1 teaspoon of peanut butter in the center of each cookie cup.
  9. Cover the peanut butter with another tablespoon of cookie dough.
  10. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are set and the centers are slightly soft.
  11. Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on each cookie cup while they’re hot, then cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
  12. Cool the cookie cups slightly before serving.
