Description

Easy and delicious Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Chili.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 tablespoons of salted butter, melted
  • 2 pounds ground chicken or turkey
  • ¾ cup Frank’s RedHot sauce
  • 2 cups yellow onion, diced
  • 1 large green bell pepper, trimmed and diced
  • 2 stalks of celery, diced
  • 2 medium garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 one-ounce packet taco seasoning
  • 1 24-ounce jar medium heat chunky salsa (3 cups)
  • 1 19-ounce can kidney beans, drained
  • 1 19-ounce can Cannelloni beans, drained
  • 1 8-ounce tub crème fraiche (or make your own)

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients, except the crème fraiche and the toppings into a large slow cooker and stir to combine.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours (or on high for 2 to 3 hours) or until the vegetables are tender.
  3. Stir in Crème Fraiche before serving.
  4. Garnish individual servings with your favorite toppings.
