Easy and delicious Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Chili.
Ingredients

- 8 tablespoons of salted butter, melted
- 2 pounds ground chicken or turkey
- ¾ cup Frank’s RedHot sauce
- 2 cups yellow onion, diced
- 1 large green bell pepper, trimmed and diced
- 2 stalks of celery, diced
- 2 medium garlic cloves, minced
- 1 one-ounce packet taco seasoning
- 1 24-ounce jar medium heat chunky salsa (3 cups)
- 1 19-ounce can kidney beans, drained
- 1 19-ounce can Cannelloni beans, drained
- 1 8-ounce tub crème fraiche (or make your own)
Instructions
- Place all ingredients, except the crème fraiche and the toppings into a large slow cooker and stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours (or on high for 2 to 3 hours) or until the vegetables are tender.
- Stir in Crème Fraiche before serving.
- Garnish individual servings with your favorite toppings.
