Description

Soft cinnamon rolls filled with creamy cheesecake and sweet strawberries, finished with a smooth vanilla glaze.


Ingredients

  • 1 package refrigerated cinnamon roll dough (about 12 oz)
  • ½ cup cream cheese (softened)
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup diced fresh strawberries or strawberry jam
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 12 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease lightly.
  2. Beat softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract in a small bowl until smooth.
  3. Unroll dough on a clean surface and spread cream cheese mixture evenly, leaving a small border.
  4. Sprinkle diced strawberries or dollops of strawberry jam over the cream cheese layer.
  5. Roll dough tightly from one long side into a log and slice into 8 to 10 equal rolls.
  6. Place rolls on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  7. Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract together in a small bowl until smooth to make glaze.
  8. Drizzle glaze over warm rolls before serving.
