Description

Ube Crinkle Cookies are a delightful treat featuring the unique flavor and vibrant purple color of ube (purple yam). These soft, chewy cookies are coated in a generous layer of powdered sugar that creates a signature crinkled top once baked.

Ingredients

Scale

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup ube halaya (purple yam jam)
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
