Instructions

- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Place powdered sugar in a shallow bowl. Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough and roll into balls.
- Roll each dough ball in powdered sugar until fully covered.
- Place coated dough balls 2 inches apart on the baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until edges are set but centers are soft.
- Let cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
