Description

A creamy and spicy dip featuring cream cheese, ranch dressing, shredded chicken, and buffalo sauce, perfect for game days or parties.


Ingredients

  • 250 g (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 240 ml (1 cup) ranch dressing
  • 240 g (2 cups) shredded chicken
  • 120 ml (½ cup) buffalo sauce
  • 120 g (1 cup) shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Combine cream cheese, ranch dressing, and shredded chicken in a mixing bowl. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Add buffalo sauce and mix to incorporate.
  4. Pour the mixture into a 9-inch baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Remove from oven, cool for a few minutes, and serve warm.

Notes

For a spicy kick, add diced jalapeños or cayenne pepper. Refrigerate leftovers for up to 3 days.
