- 250 g (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 240 ml (1 cup) ranch dressing
- 240 g (2 cups) shredded chicken
- 120 ml (½ cup) buffalo sauce
- 120 g (1 cup) shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Combine cream cheese, ranch dressing, and shredded chicken in a mixing bowl. Stir until well mixed.
- Add buffalo sauce and mix to incorporate.
- Pour the mixture into a 9-inch baking dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Remove from oven, cool for a few minutes, and serve warm.
Notes
For a spicy kick, add diced jalapeños or cayenne pepper. Refrigerate leftovers for up to 3 days.
