- 4 Chicken cutlets
- 1 cup Caesar dressing
- 1 head Romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup croutons
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, shaved
Instructions
- Flatten the chicken cutlets with a meat mallet until about 1 cm thick. Season with salt and pepper.
- Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs. Dip each cutlet in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs.
- Fry the cutlets in a pan over medium heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
- Combine chopped Romaine lettuce, croutons, and Caesar dressing in a large mixing bowl and toss well.
- Serve by placing a crispy chicken cutlet on a plate and topping with the salad mixture, then sprinkle with shaved Parmesan.
Notes
For extra crispy cutlets, use panko breadcrumbs. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
