Ingredients

- 250 g (1/2 lb) Ground Beef
- 30 g (1 packet) Taco Seasoning
- 120 ml (1/2 cup) Water
- 225 g (8 oz) Cream Cheese
- 175 g (1 1/2 cups) Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 60 g (1/4 cup) Sour Cream
- Green Onions, finely chopped
Instructions
- Cook the Ground Beef in a medium skillet over medium heat for about 5–7 minutes until no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
- Mix in Taco Seasoning and Water. Simmer for 3–5 minutes until thickened.
- Combine the beef, Cream Cheese, and Shredded Cheddar Cheese until well mixed.
- Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes until bubbly.
- Add Toppings like Sour Cream and Green Onions. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
Notes
For a vegetarian version, substitute ground beef with black beans. Can be made a day in advance and refrigerated before baking.
