Description

A warm, cheesy dip bursting with flavors, perfect for any gathering, combining rich creaminess with zesty goodness.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 250 g (1/2 lb) Ground Beef
  • 30 g (1 packet) Taco Seasoning
  • 120 ml (1/2 cup) Water
  • 225 g (8 oz) Cream Cheese
  • 175 g (1 1/2 cups) Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 60 g (1/4 cup) Sour Cream
  • Green Onions, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the Ground Beef in a medium skillet over medium heat for about 5–7 minutes until no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
  2. Mix in Taco Seasoning and Water. Simmer for 3–5 minutes until thickened.
  3. Combine the beef, Cream Cheese, and Shredded Cheddar Cheese until well mixed.
  4. Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes until bubbly.
  5. Add Toppings like Sour Cream and Green Onions. Serve warm with tortilla chips.

Notes

For a vegetarian version, substitute ground beef with black beans. Can be made a day in advance and refrigerated before baking.
